In the personal annual plan, nominal closing capital divided by the cumulative assumed inflation index. It uses the model’s starting price level; it is not a realized gain and cannot be compared with nominal deposits as if both shared the same price level.
The personal plan’s percentage fee on the balance after modeled return, before an end-year contribution. The selected total return is before this separate fee. An unknown fee prevents a complete net projection; the rule does not establish a broker tariff.
In the personal annual snowball, a separately supplied annual rate changes gross dividend per share from model year two. Opening share quantity determines earned income; new year-end purchases first earn a dividend next year.
A personal scenario rate changing purchase price and the assumed value of held shares. It does not itself change dividend per share, establish a market return or promise a future trading price.
A named collection of source measurements with its own units, methodology, coverage and permitted uses. Permission for one dataset does not approve every dataset from the same provider.
The meaning of a number: for example a currency amount, percentage or index. Comparable-looking numbers can use different units and cannot automatically be combined.
A time supplied by the source for an observation or publication. Its stated precision matters; a date alone does not establish an intraday publication time.
The value as recorded from the source before a separately labelled transformation. A derived calculation is not presented as an unchanged source statistic.
Access is checked at the time of reading or exporting. Owning a saved analysis does not give permanent permission to use a source after its rights change.
A retained original analytical result and its context. It differs from requesting a new calculation today; current access rules still apply to reading it.
The response did not establish whether the original Save committed. Keep its exact request and verify or retry it; a replacement must not silently lose the original identity.
In the manual annual model: quantity multiplied by the dividend per unit per payment and the number of equal payments. This is a user assumption, not an announced issuer payment.
Gross income less the explicitly supplied withholding and fees. Unknown deductions leave net income unknown; fees can make a known net result negative.
In the savings model the supplied annual percentage is divided by the selected number of compounding periods. It differs from the effective annual change after compounding.
One annual growth factor. FIRE uses this personal assumption directly for each year and does not substitute a market return or a probability of success.
A stated amount of target currency per stated base units, with a date and user-provided source label. Recording that label does not independently verify the quote.
In the constant FIRE model, today’s capital that would reach the chosen target through the supplied growth without further contributions. It does not determine safe retirement.
A manual schedule anchored to the original first day. Month-end clamping applies to that month only; the model assumes same-day reinvestment without issuer or trading-calendar verification.
The DRIP model rounds purchased quantity downward to whole units or at most 18 decimal places. Choosing a fractional model does not establish a broker’s trading capabilities.
The annual withdrawal model either spends first and grows the remainder, or grows opening capital first and then spends. The timing is an explicit personal choice, not an assumed market schedule.
Every requested year was fully funded under the supplied assumptions. Ending exactly at zero can still cover the chosen horizon; a later unfunded year is a separate shortfall, not a guarantee or probability forecast.
Free cash flow to equity after financing, expressed on a consistently diluted per-share basis supplied by the user. It differs from earnings and cash flow to the firm; this model does not subtract debt again.
The personally supplied annual rate used to discount equity cash flows. It is not automatically a borrowing rate, WACC, market forecast or independently verified required return.
In the two-stage manual FCFE model, the remaining equity cash flows are represented at the end of the chosen horizon using a constant terminal growth below the discount rate. That amount must also be discounted to the present.
An explicit fee floor applied after the supplied fixed and percentage commission. No minimum is a separate choice; an unknown minimum does not mean zero.
An explicit fee ceiling applied after a known floor. No maximum differs from an unknown ceiling. These are personal model assumptions, not verified broker rules.
A zero FX base or zero monthly-payment count makes that component not applicable in this model. Its zero cost does not verify a fee rate or establish that a broker account is free.
A personal positive multiplier for a matching per-share earnings, book equity or revenue input. It is chosen independently of an optional comparison price.
For P/E and P/S, distinguish a past reporting-period amount from a forward assumption. For P/B, use book equity at a past balance-sheet date or an assumed future date. The choice verifies neither dates nor issuer fundamentals.
In the personal Gordon model, the gross annual dividend per share expected one year from now. It is entered directly, without an additional growth step.
The positive difference between your equity discount and perpetual dividend growth rates. Dividing next annual dividend by this fractional difference gives the stable model value; a positive difference does not verify economic sustainability.
The personal EV/EBITDA model values operations before financing and common-equity adjustments. Cash and nonoperating assets are outside this supplied operating value.
A complete adjustment from operating EV using explicitly known financing and nonoperating claims and assets. Unknown is not zero, and claims already counted elsewhere cannot be subtracted again.
Original internal-pilot help. Definitions grant no data rights and do not verify personal assumptions. Read the specific source, units and method alongside each result.
