Use the expected gross annual dividend DPS₁ directly in three personal scenarios. These are your assumptions; no dividend, growth, risk rate or current price is supplied.
Preparing the calculator…
Value per share = DPS₁ / (r − g). Supplied percentages are converted to decimal rates. DPS₁ is used directly as the expected gross annual dividend at the end of model year one; later annual dividend flows grow at a constant rate and occur at model year ends. This is not an actual issuer payment calendar.
The gap r − g must be positive. This is a mathematical condition, not verification of economically sustainable perpetual growth or distributions. The model verifies no issuer, payout or financing, substitutes neither EPS nor FCFE for dividends, subtracts no debt and performs no gross-to-net conversion. Taxes and fees are outside this model.
MOS threshold = value × (1 − your percentage/100). With your supplied price, relative difference is (value/price − 1) × 100 and price discount is (1 − price/value) × 100. Ratios, scenarios and labels are not buy or sell instructions and represent no consensus of multiple methods.
DDM method context · NYU Stern / Aswath DamodaranDecimal strings with 120-digit working precision; inputs at most 24 integer and 18 fractional digits. Three scenarios with bounded intermediate magnitude and output size. A small positive rate gap is not enlarged artificially; exceeding a budget rejects the whole result. No table of actual future dividend payments is created.
