Model additional purchases from your assumed payments at a constant price. Unknown withholding and fees are not treated as zero.
Preparing the calculator…
Each gross payment equals held quantity × the constant dividend per unit. Your withholding percentage and payment fee are deducted from cash plus the payment. The remaining budget after any purchase fee buys units at the constant price; new quantity rounds down. Purchase fees apply only to positive purchases. All remaining cash carries forward.
Payments are scheduled at equal month intervals from the original first date. A nonexistent day is clamped to that month’s last day; this does not shift later dates. Reinvestment is assumed on the payment date without a delay. This is not an actual dividend or trading calendar.
The constant price and dividend are your unverified assumptions, without growth, FX or success probability. The model does not borrow: negative available cash stops calculation and shows the shortage.
Decimal strings, 120-digit precision; inputs at most 24 integer and 18 fractional digits. Outputs at most 18 places, HALF_UP. Purchases round down to whole units or 18 decimal places. At most 100 scenario years and 1,200 payments; calculation and magnitude budgets are separately bounded.
