Compare three personal assumptions about future cash flows to shareholders. Supply FCFE after financing per consistently diluted share; no price, growth or discount is fetched from the market.
Preparing the calculator…
Each forecast year’s FCFE grows from the starting basis at your rate and is discounted by cost of equity at year end. Beyond the horizon, the next annual flow uses terminal growth; its value is divided by discount minus terminal growth and also discounted to the present.
The result sums discounted annual flows and the discounted terminal component per share. Constant rates, consistent dilution and financing are assumptions of this narrow model, not verified company facts. The model provides neither FCFF, WACC, bank DDM nor automatic accounting-data conversion. Cost of equity being greater than terminal growth is a mathematical condition; it does not verify that long-term growth is economically sustainable.
MOS multiplies value by 1 − your percentage/100. With your supplied price, relative difference is (value/price − 1) × 100 and price discount is (1 − price/value) × 100. These are two different model ratios, not a buy or sell instruction.
FCFE method context · NYU Stern / Aswath DamodaranDecimal strings with 120-digit working precision; inputs at most 24 integer and 18 fractional digits. At most 50 years, three scenarios and nine cells. Intermediate values and response size have bounded budgets. A small positive rate gap is never enlarged artificially; a main-scenario budget failure rejects the whole calculation, while sensitivity marks the affected cell unavailable. This is not unlimited algebraic precision.
