A selected positive per-share denominator × your own multiple. Three scenarios use your assumptions; no prices, accounting records, peers or historical multiples are supplied.
Preparing the calculator…
Value per share = positive denominator per share × your selected multiple. P/E uses diluted common-shareholder earnings, P/B common-shareholder book equity and P/S revenue, each per matching diluted common share. This is equity value, not enterprise value; debt is not subtracted again here.
Earnings and revenue correspond to a period; book equity to a balance-sheet date. Trailing or forward basis is your choice and assumption; the model supplies no exact date, statement or verified peer comparability. A positive denominator alone does not establish that the selected multiple suits a company.
MOS is value × (1 − your percentage/100). With a supplied price, relative difference is (value/price − 1) × 100, while price discount is (1 − price/value) × 100. These are different model ratios, not buy or sell recommendations. Methods and scenarios are not averaged.
Decimal strings with 120-digit working precision; inputs at most 24 integer and 18 fractional digits. Three scenarios with bounded intermediate and output magnitude. Original working strings, including tiny nonzero values and signs, are preserved. Exceeding the numerical budget rejects the entire result, with no substitute estimate.
