One hypothetical trade, one converted portion and a chosen number of fixed monthly payments. Variants A and B are your assumptions, not broker tariffs or offers.
Preparing the calculator…
The raw fee for one trade is the fixed amount plus trade notional multiplied by percentage/100. Apply an explicitly known floor, then cap; an explicit absent bound skips that step. An unknown required input or bound leaves the final fee unknown, even if another component is zero.
The conversion fee uses only the supplied portion and rate. The fixed monthly fee is multiplied by the supplied payment count. A zero converted portion or zero month count means a non-applicable operation costing zero; it does not verify an unknown rate. Totals and A − B exist only with complete required inputs.
Costs may exceed trade notional; the model does not cap them at available cash or execute anything. This is not a recurring-trade calendar, custody cost, inactivity rule, tax calculation, actual tariff or broker recommendation.
Decimal strings with 120-digit working precision; inputs at most 24 integer and 18 fractional digits. Two variants and 0–120 fixed monthly payments. Computed strings are not blanket-rounded to 18 places; magnitude and output size have bounded budgets.
