Developer Dariusz M. is responsible for maintaining the project. Contact info@datisto.com for personal-data questions or rights requests. Do not send sensitive personal information; it is unnecessary for an ordinary enquiry.
Browser preferences
Appearance, watched instruments and chart preferences are stored in your browser’s localStorage. These are functional settings you select while using the site. Remove them at any time by clearing this website’s stored data.
The application contains no advertising or analytics tracking scripts. A shared URL can contain chart settings and a selected timestamp, which its recipient will see. Do not add personal information to shared links.
Technical operation and email
Loading a page requires the host to process a network request, which includes information such as the IP address and requested URL. Necessary operational data supports content delivery, security and troubleshooting. The basis is a legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional service.
If you send email, your address and message are processed to answer the enquiry. Necessary hosting and email providers may have access. Data is retained for handling the enquiry and related correspondence, and longer only where a continuing reason exists, such as a legal duty or dispute.
Your choices
Where applicable law provides, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Send requests to info@datisto.com.
You may also contact a data-protection supervisory authority; in the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection. Local preferences can be removed directly in your browser without contacting the project.
