Sources used by the project
Sources used by Datisto include Binance, Yahoo Finance and CoinGecko. Historical coverage, granularity and refresh rates depend on availability.
Where a chart names Binance, it identifies that exchange market. Other figures can describe a broader aggregated market. Aggregate trading volume therefore need not represent the same exchange as a price chart.
Freshness and currencies
A connection to the terminal does not mean that every instrument has a live quote. Check the observation time and market status. Outside trading hours, the latest real price may belong to the previous session.
USD and USDT are different units. Commodity futures use the unit shown beside each instrument, with volumes measured in contracts. A continuous futures series can contain a price step when the tracked delivery contract changes.
Updates and errors
Data is collected and stored centrally for visitors. If a source fails, the last real observation keeps its original timestamp. Missing values are not presented as zero or a new quote.
Report an issue to info@datisto.com with the instrument, time and link. The FAQ explains common differences between figures and how to use the terminal.
