The person behind the project
Developer Dariusz M. creates Datisto as an independent, non-commercial project. It comes from an interest in data, financial markets and tools that make complex information easier to read. The aim is to connect clear charts with explanations of what the figures actually measure.
The project does not sell trading signals, manage investments or arrange transactions. The public terminal does not require an account.
How we approach data
Datisto displays real observations when they are available. Prices retain their timestamps and units. Live quotes are distinguished from stored observations, and missing history is not replaced with an invented curve. A working chart still cannot guarantee that its source is complete or immediately available.
Explanatory articles describe differences between instruments and methods of measurement. Correcting an error takes priority over keeping an outdated description. See Data sources for more detail.
Contact and corrections
Send questions, feedback and reports of incorrect data to info@datisto.com. For a data issue, include the instrument, observation time and a link to the relevant chart.
Dariusz M. maintains the project and handles enquiries. Read the terms of use and privacy information for practical details.
