Compare your equity cash-flow DCF scenarios
Keep an explicit per-share FCFE model, three personal scenarios and terminal-value sensitivity separate from a verified market valuation. The calculator starts with prefilled, editable model assumptions and a result. These are not an actual quote, company accounts or recommended values. Edit the inputs and recalculate; Restore example returns to the initial assumptions.
1. Choose a consistent cash-flow basis
This calculator uses positive free cash flow to equity per share, after financing. Supply an already consistent diluted per-share amount, one currency, the annual horizon and all three scenarios. It does not derive that amount from company statements or replace it with earnings, dividends or cash flow to the firm.
Discounting uses your cost of equity, and debt is not subtracted again. Constant dilution and growth within each stage are assumptions. The narrow model rejects a zero or negative starting cash flow; it does not claim suitability for every company or sector.
2. Read all three scenarios and their components
Bear, Base and Bull are names for your inputs, not guaranteed rankings or probabilities. For each scenario enter forecast growth, the discount rate and terminal growth. Annual cash flows are paid at year end. The model combines their present values with the discounted terminal value; the terminal growth must be strictly below the discount rate. This mathematical condition does not verify the economic sustainability of long-term growth.
Use the annual rows and separate terminal component to inspect what drives the number. A personal comparison price is optional; leaving it unknown does not invent a quote. The chosen margin-of-safety percentage changes a model threshold only. Neither that threshold nor the difference from your price is a verified value or an instruction to trade.
3. Explore sensitivity without filling missing assumptions
Optionally enter three increasing discount rates and three increasing terminal-growth rates for a sensitivity matrix using the Base forecast. Each combination is evaluated independently. An invalid rate relationship or numerical budget appears as unavailable, rather than a substitute price. Omit the matrix when you have not supplied its axes.
