Reading Bitcoin daily close in CZK
Convert original BTC/USD close using the CNB fixing, preserving separate sources, clocks and actual gaps.
Initial period and your selection
Opening automatically prepares and reads at most 90 calendar days from stored BTC and CNB coverage. Both endpoint days are included in UTC. Edit and Apply a custom interval; no different source or rate is substituted.
A converted point is the original Coinbase BTC/USD daily close multiplied by original CNB CZK per USD with the same source-day date. This is a source-converted close, not a direct venue BTC/CZK quote, simultaneous exchange offer or return. Open the separate Coinmate tab for an original direct quote; its sources and clocks differ from the daily conversion.
Chart, gaps and both original Passports
The chart shows only converted CZK points. The table retains every day in the period, both original inputs and any unavailability reason. Missing-fixing days, including weekends, remain gaps: Friday’s rate is not carried forward, interpolated or replaced by zero. Original candle open/high/low and volume are not converted.
Choose a day for the exact decimal result, separate clocks and both original Passports. A BTC daily candle completes at a different time from CNB fixing; the same date does not imply simultaneous prices. Capture, ingestion, publication and possibly unknown freshness remain separate. Calculation rounds to at most 18 places using HALF_EVEN; display labels may be shorter.
The direct Coinmate quote is a separate source snapshot
Direct quote reads the original responses once on its first visible opening. Further Refresh actions are manual; returning to a visible tab does not refresh a retained snapshot or retry a failure. Last, bid and ask are original Coinmate BTC/CZK values in CZK per BTC. One snapshot is not a historical series; no past-price line is invented. Other original response fields remain in the inspector without inferred windows, units or formulas.
The endpoint time is source-supplied, not a verified last-trade time. Completed capture of both responses, request start and one-minute application-cache expiry remain separate. Cache expiry does not establish venue quote validity. Publication, last-trade time and quote validity remain unknown.
Refresh is explicit; no automatic polling runs. Failure retains the prior snapshot with its original time and a refresh error. JSON/CSV first verify access to that same retained original, without calling Coinmate again or replacing its quote. Eviction or restart can make export unverifiable; reading a new source requires your explicit action. This source snapshot is not a canonical account Snapshot, saved history or value Passport.
The exchange-books link opens the existing BTC/CZK depth workspace with your amount and fee assumptions. A ticker does not promise execution of an entire trade at the displayed price.
This is a guide to Datisto. Private features require sign-in and access to your own data. Personal models use your assumptions; availability and permitted use of source data are checked with the particular result. This is not investment advice.
