How to screen original insider disclosures together
Select an issuer set, apply source-based conditions and inspect each row in its whole original filing.
Default issuers and your selection
On first opening, a bounded queue reads the latest actual filings for the three default issuers. Apply confirms your own selection and conditions. Catalogue names and symbols do not verify current listings.
Conditions belong to the whole applied query
Choose tables, transactions or holdings, and optional original codes. P/S may be market or private transactions; A, F, M and G have distinct meanings. An empty code selection also includes rows without a code. Dates can refer to the transaction or filing; interval start is inclusive and end exclusive.
A missing transaction date remains unknown. Including undated rows is explicit; report or filing dates never replace it. Excluding 4/A amendments marks those original latest rows as excluded; an older Form 4 is not substituted.
Inspect the whole coverage roster
Coverage retains every selected issuer, including unavailable sources. Latest filings can have different dates and captures. An issuer with no supplied form does not have zero activity; a filing declaring another issuer is not assigned to the selected company. No matching rows does not mean no actual transactions.
Inspect matches, exclusions and original context
The ledger shows matched, excluded or all source rows, with exclusion reasons. Search, sorting and pagination affect presentation only. Detail retains the exact issuer, accession, row type and source ordinal, every original field, container and field footnotes, and remarks.
Reporting owners belong to the whole filing. A joint form does not assign every row to an individual, and rows are not multiplied by owner count. Open this exact original filing uses its CIK and accession, rather than a newer substitute form.
The scope is latest originals, rather than complete history
The screener calculates no quantity-times-price, net flow or aggregate purchases/sales. It does not establish complete recent activity, actual publication time, current holdings or economic ownership.
