Compare original CNB and ECB reference rates
For one day or period, inspect both EUR/CZK references, their difference, missing days and the origin of every value.
1. Check what you are comparing
Both inputs express Czech koruna per one euro. CNB and ECB nevertheless produce their own daily references with different methods and calendars. Matching currency and date do not establish the same measurement instant or definition. Official-method links are available on the screen.
2. Choose a day or period and apply it
Availability comes from the actual catalogue and coverage. The public view automatically prepares a bounded common CNB/ECB period and reads both sources; Apply a custom interval or preset. An unfinished change must not relabel an earlier applied result. A reply for an obsolete selection or account is denied.
3. Read the complete coverage
Chart and table use one preserved result containing both original series. A day with only one source remains visible without a calculated difference. Missing values are neither carried from a previous day nor filled with an average. A weekend or empty day is not a new fixing.
4. Distinguish a difference from an error
The signed difference is CNB minus ECB in koruna per euro. The relative difference uses ECB as its denominator; its percentage has its own declared rounding. A difference alone proves neither an error, an executable trading profit nor a better actual currency conversion. Fees, spread and trade execution are outside this model.
5. Inspect a specific day’s origins
Selecting a day links the chart, table and both source details. Check the original value string, unit, date, method, revision, source hash and actual capture clocks. A central bank’s general publication schedule does not prove a specific observation’s exact publication time. Unknown clocks remain unknown. If the recorded clocks conflict, the original stays in the inspector with a blocking reason; neither the chart nor the difference uses it.
6. Download the original whole result
JSON and CSV preserve the whole applied comparison, its assumptions, both source sides and available evidence. Before download, access to the same result and both sources is renewed. An account, session or permission change must not release formerly opened in-memory data. Viewing or downloading alone does not publish a community contribution.
This is a guide to Datisto. Private features require sign-in and access to your own data. Personal models use your assumptions; availability and permitted use of source data are checked with the particular result. This is not investment advice.
